Are You Ready?
The method for establishing self-confidence, or effecting any type of personal
change, features five components.
First, develop self-awareness: know yourself, admit at least to yourself that there are partsof yourself that you care to alter, and realise what has stopped you from being
confident so far.
Secondly, you want to maintian your intention to “be” confident by making it a commitment.
Third, you need to change your way of thinking. I am talking about your attitudes and beliefs.
Fourth, develop your imagination. You need to imagine yourself as being a confident person.
Fifth, Act as if. Pretend that you are already confident. The more you talk and act confidently the more your cofidence will develop.
My course is designed around these five elements of self awareness, intention, thinking, imagination
and acting as if. This course lasts over 60 plus days as I will introduce each element in small baby steps
so that effecting change in you will be much easier.
In order to create this change you must do the work. My parents generation had a saying that went
“nothing good ever came easy.” Basically your change will not happen overnight.
The first thing you need to do is purchase a notebook to write in. This book
will show your progress and allow you to develop much faster. I want you
to date each days entry.
You will need at least twenty minutes for the future exercises to either watch a
quick video or read, think, learn, and do confidence building activities for the
basic level of this program. Expect the next 60 days to be completely
eye opening.
